I bought this for our small office because it was too cold to go outside in New York.We hop on to get things moving and hop off!It’s really helped me sleep as well!

It is built very sturdily and the rubber feet keep it from sliding around. I tried it three ways: standing up straight, standing in a squat position, and sitting in a chair with my feet on it. I tried it on level 2. I could see how it would help with circulation. I tend to have a histamine response to things like this and this was no exception (I joke that I’m allergic to running!). I was able to do 10 minutes- alternating between standing and in a squat position.My only complaint is the power cord is very short and originates at the front middle of the machine. Just make note of that when you think about where you’d like to use it (& be prepared with an extension cord).

There are several reasons why I gave one star. The remote is very cheap and I was worried about breaking it before I could remove the back. Batteries were not included, and no instructions as to what size to use. The power cord is only about two feet long so make sure to have a heavy duty extension cord available.The next issue I have is there is a lengthy list as to the medical reasons why you should not use the vibrator plate, in the description it is reported that the plate is beneficial. The vibrator plate does vibrate but almost to the point of being uncomfortable.

This thing is amazing! It's very powerful. The vibration gives you a workout when you stand on it. The combo of balancing with the vibration makes you feel it in your muscles. Sometimes I just sit and watch TV with my feet on it. It made my stiff ankle good again and it feels so good in your calfs. I think it takes away swelling too! For some reason, it makes you sleep like a baby. Love this! One of my best purchases ever.

My wife uses this daily for edema reduction and balance training, she is a fan. Well built, easy to use.

This machine is fantastic, been using it for 3 weeks . Easy to use . Has good settings and easy to use remote. I have been using it for 3 weeks it’s gives different instructions for workouts. And shows target areas of body with each setting / stance . Not supper loud . Different speed and intensity settings . I have seen a noticeable difference in the cellulite on my buttocks and back of thighs since using .

Completely Obsessed with this vibrating plate! Have been using this a little over a month. Love using before, during and after a work out. Has timer and different speeds. Fits perfectly under bed, and super easy to use.

This product is a disaster. I contact the seller and never get back to me. This product makes lots of noise when I am using it. I need to return this product ASAP. The seller never return my a reply to fix the problem.
