Where do I buy a replacement cap

Mine has also broken, and due to pressure from the threads not physical damage. I can't find a replacement cap, and Stansport has not responded to my emails. Buyer beware!

Is the outer border stainless steel or is that plastic too

It is stainless steele. My son uses it all the time,wholes alot of water!

Is the strap long enough to go crossbody

Strap is very short. I replaced it with a strap I had from something else.
