It's a small bag, but I do not need to use near the amount that I did with the Hain's. It seems to rise better, my rice waffles are so much fluffier! It did take a while to adjust to the taste, but just because it was something different. Definitely worth the cost, & doesn't contain any of the things that irritate my MCAS (potatoes, corn, wheat, etc).
