The only thing compression about these is the waistband, there is no compression in the hip to thigh area for me. Given that, unfortunately these suckers rode up to my crotch within minutes of trying them on. I couldn't WALK in these without them riding up, let alone run, which was my original intent on purchase. I like the heatgear leggings a lot so I was hoping I'd love these but I think either it needs higher compression material or it needs something like gripper silicone in the bottom to hold them in place. I will say I am used to the rolling issue in a 3in short but haven't seen it in my other 5in shorts like my nike pros. I do have curvy hips and thighs and rolling up is a common issue for me because of my anatomy. Anyway I can't keep these sadly. They look so cute if only they would stay in place I would keep them forever but as is I couldn't even sleep in these shorts since they're ultimately not comfy.

I bought my first pair of these in a medium. They fit right around my thighs, but I hated the muffin top. I exchanged these for a large to accommodate my 31" waist (I'm pretty much straight up and down). The large fits beautifully around my waist, but the legs ride up with movement.I bought these for my 15-mile bike rides, to protect my inner thighs from chafing. No idea if it'll work or if I should have just gone with medium and sucked it up on the muffin top. I haven't tried these yet on weight training, but plan to tonight. Will update if things go awry.For reference, I'm 5'6", 145 lb, 31" waist. Track & field athlete, sprinter, muscular build.Edited to add: I wound up giving these away. I tried to lift with these and they rode up during the whole workout. I tried a sprint workout in them, and they rode up. I was constantly adjusting, pulling the short legs down and it was aggravating. I found a different pair from another manufacturer that fit much better and stayed put. This was a bust for me.

I regularly buy this type of shorts for running since they help me avoid annoying thigh chaff. My favorites for years now are UA's heat gear compression shorts. Perfect length, perfect rise, no slip or riding up while running. Very breathable. These are great shorts for lounging around the house, but did not meet those criteria for running. Good quality and love the cooling features of UA products, but these are not true compression shorts and even the longest style is still to short for me to avoid thigh rub. I am tall, though (5'9"). Someone short may have a different experience.

When I ordered, the smalls were about $10 cheaper than the xs, and a few reviews mentioned them being compression and running a little small. That was enough to convince me to order a small. They're very comfy, but definitely not compression on me, and I would have been better off going by the size chart and ordering an x-small. For reference, my waist is 26.25", hips are 34.75", upper thigh circumference is ~19.75". They did ride up on my run, presumably because the fabric is not compressed at all around my legs.

Fantastic shorts! 5inch is really the perfect length. I'm 5'3" and 120lbs and size small (my regular size in compression) fits perfectly. Not too tight or too loose! I was able to do a 40 mint HIIT workout plus run 5 miles after in these and didn't have to tug at them at all. They really stay in place. I'm also a very sweaty person and these hardly show my sweat despite being grey. Super impressed! I'm pretty picky about my workout clothes and didnt expect these to work this well but the price was hard to beat to not give them a try. I already purchased them in black as well. Normally I'm a nike gal but UA beats the nike pro compression 3inch shorts with these for sure. Even nikes 5 inch ones ride up in the back more than these!

I am a big UA fan in general, but these are a great purchase. I was looking for something I could wear that was not too short, that would not roll, and that would still look cute. Mission accomplished. These shorts are all that + plus some. They can be worn for the high intensity gym classes, running, or just heading to the store. They don’t move in either direction (legs don’t roll up / waist does not roll down) and they wash well.

I bought these to replace an old pair of UA Heat Gear shorts of the same length that FINALLY bit the dust after like, almost a decade. I use these for running in the summer in DC.These are terrible. If you put the waist band where it is most comfortable (natural waist), the short legs pull up and do not stay in place when you are running. You can solve this by pulling them down a little and having it cut lower on your hips, but this is WILDLY unflattering and uncomfortable.The fabric is also made of much cheaper material that does not wick as well as the older heat gear products. I am disappointed and will not be buying under armor products again as this is the second time that's happened with the quality degrading.Weirdly, Old Navy makes a pair of shorts that ended up working out better and feeling of higher quality. That's right folks, Old Navy was a higher quality than UA. Save your money.

I purchased the CtriLady High Impact Workout Sports Support Bra Full Cup Top Vest with Front-Zipper Wirefree for Women Fitness, size Medium.It fits REALLY well and offers AMAZING support without the discomfort of many other sports bras I've tried. It has thin pads inside that can be removed if needed. The back and shoulder straps alleviate the unnecessary pressure that other sports bras cause. T-backs absolutely kill my back and shoulders- THIS sports bra is much more comfortable. The material is strong yet breathable which helps keep me nice and cool during my runs. I am so happy I found it. I highly recommend this sports bra!
