I have found I can't walk around with them on because they will slide down my face, but laying down with a cooling compress under my eyes is not a bad thing. It forces me to slow down at the end of the day. There are a lot in the box, enough so that I used them for stocking stuffers when my sister came to visit for Christmas for her and her boyfriend, and they both equally enjoyed them. My husband said he wouldn't be caught dead using them, but to each their own. If this is your kind of thing, the price is right and they are rejuvenating.

This is just silicon with barely any liquid on it, not refreshing, not moisturising... nothing!
