Q: How many applications are in this package?

One application per package.. Recommend Muscle aid tape.. 8-10 applications per role.

Q: How well does it hold up to water? i.e. showering?

I think it depends on the usage. I cut strips for my foot from a bulk roll (2" x 103.3" and much! less expensive) to mimic the precut. I have managed to make it last through a shower but given the thin strips (0.4") certainly not 2 showers. So, thin strips like the pre-cut foot application, not so good, any other large application probably if you're careful you could have 2 or more showers. Oh yes, if you decide to buy a roll you'll need a fairly good sharp siccor

Q: when ordering kinesio tape for lower back does color matter or play a part

Color doesn't matter, some people say pink doesn't stick as well we haven't found it to be an issue.

Excellent support whilst waiting for surgery

Easy to use instructions on a video on their site. Gently rub to adhere to body and found it lasted 2/3 days

Not the stickiest

Osteopath applied it after a session. Within 4hs and the ends are peeling loose. Doubt it will stay in place much longer than 24h. Seems to be helping with the muscle injury, so will probably just get a roll of tape and apply instead of the pre cut. Disappointed

very bad product the tapes don't have glue, after two minutes they start to come off very low quality
