I rarely leave reviews. When I do it's one sentence or two. However, there is so much to say. I've lived in the same place all my life. No matter which shampoo, expensive or not, I used never made a difference. My skin, hair, and eyes are dry and irritated constantly. I tried many different towels because I never completely dried. My hair has shedded for as long as I can remember. I could go on and on about issues I thought were genetic or age related. My hairstylist recommended this brand. I had every intention of returning it when it proved useless. The first time I showered, I couldn't believe the difference. Every shower gets better and better. The filtration is incredible. The spray performance is excellent. The installation was easy. My hair is cleaner, softer, almost no shedding. My skin is smoother, softer, and blemishes are vanishing. This is the real deal. I hope the refills are just as good. I will definitely let you know. Give it a try. Unless it's defective, it will change your life.

Say no more to rusty iron pipe issues!! Ok so this review is legit , bought the pricey filter myself, was not paid or encouraged to leave any review from anyone else... So I bought the filter back in February and it has been great... Does the job like it claims. Hands down. Definitely has helped me combat my dry skin and troubled dry scalp, and has great water pressure too. So just need to mention - the first installment , up until the 2nd time I had to change the filter inside the Jolie Shower head myself -has been great...!! The second time I had to change the filter , I'm unsure of what happened to make the shower head become stuck together.. Making it impossible to replace the inside filter cartridge. I tried everything , dealt w/the Jolie customer service through email (and they're actually prompt on returning emails) for what seemed like a long time going back and forth about DIY on removing the inside replacement filter. WHICH nothing worked. It was like cemented together. The shower head for some reason got stuck together , I could unscrew it from my shower pipe - but taking the Jolie Shower head apart to replace the filter was impossible. It would not open for anything 😒.. first filter replacement was cool, second it was not budging at all.. Thankfully , this company offered a complete warranty upon your first purchase of the Jolie Shower head and I'm so glad I registered my product; bcuz THEY DO HONOR THEIR WORD ... With all this being said : I do recommend investing in this product , I've used many filters while living in this apartment and this has been the winner, with the most bang for my buck. . Their customer service is on point , their warranties offered worked like a charm (of course it was not an overnight process , I had to communicate only through emails, however once things were clear-they replaced my Jolie shower head, and shipped it to me as promised... Lastly... Importantly: So if you do buy Jolie, I honestly recommend you to NOT over tighten the actual component.. Get the shower head onto your shower pipe, make sure its secured without leaking, use your Teflon tape and tools the company also provides in their cute packaging- When it comes to replacing the inside filter - MAKE sure you pay attention to what direction you place the filter cartridge within the shower head. They do not say specifically what side goes in first , I noticed that when I replaced the second time ..I even reached out to the customer service making sure I would not put the cartridge in upside down, even though there is no "upside down" i do believe it makes a difference. Third time I tried to replace the filter inside it, it was so stuck like it was cemented... They replaced it entirely , thankfully. Trust the company Register your products ensuring your warranties are active. Pay attention to the filter cartridge when it comes time to replace - Don't over tighten the shower head , once your replace your filter inside. .. Hopefully this review both helps you the consumer and also helps the company to know that we may actually be putting he shower filter in upside down after all (even though it filters both ways, I think it makes the chances of it getting stuck higher ) I Love this product and customer service I am a fan and am here to tell you this 20 minute write up from me is bcuz its a credible experience. You can trust it.

Ordered through Amazon and as a skeptical consumer was counting on the 60 day trial. The other 1 star reviewers are correct in that you only get 30 days if purchased through Amazon, despite the advertisement & photo of 60 day return policy. Red flag #1. Opened the box and checked filter, per instructions. There was a sand like substance around the filter and within the fixture. I wiped clean and tapped most of it out before installing. Red flag #2. Installation was as easy as described, but noticed immediately that water does not come out of all the holes in the shower head (see video) and it is not intentional as they water does not come out uniformly. Possibly more of this sandy substance is within the hardware? Red flag #3. Prior to installation, I tested the water for PH and with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) tester that came with my Zero Water pitcher. Based on test results, the water is more acidic and there are more TDS’s in the water after the installation. Red flag #4. I am thankful that reviewers called out the falsely advertised return policy and will be returning this immediately. Good advertising works in favor of the Jolie brand, but the power of an informed consumer willing to share objective feedback is of more value. I would not recommend this product.

It looks and feels amazing! Never knew my hair and skin could feel so soft. Helps with my hard water problems. Made well. Easy to install. I haven’t had to change my filter yet but so far it’s been a game changer.

Living in the part of Texas that has harsh water full of algae and goodness knows what else. The first time I washed my hair it was the softest it has ever been. A great product !

Actually, it probably took me less than TEN minutes to install because I took pictures to document the installation. The first picture was taken at 1610 (4:10 PM for your landlubbers) and the test picture was taken at 1629, just 19 minutes later. Also had to get a larger crescent wrench from my garage shop to loosen the old nozzle. While I didn't take a picture of the messy plumber's tape I had to remove, note that picture #4 shows it nicely clean for the new tape provided in the box. Removing the old nozzle is worth taking time to avoid putting undue stress on the supply stub. Using a larger wrench than the cute one provided allowed me to more carefully apply torque for removal. "Leftie Loosie, Rightie Tightie." The shorter handle on the provided "Mighty (mouse?) wrench" will help avoid applying too much torque to seat the Julie showerhead. Florida's water has never been "tasty" right out of the tap since I first tasted it in the early 1950's. Based on the red stains our white shower curtain sustains that we wash every 3-4 weeks with Clorox in the washing machine, I suspect the water we get here in SWFL is worse today than it was in the 1950's. We pour our drinking water from plastic bottles into a micro-plastics filtering jug before drinking. Coffee water comes out of the tap but gets filtered by a $500 reverse osmosis table top device. Safe water's not cheap. Thus, what seems like relatively expensive filter is going to be easy for me to subjectively compare. Will it eliminate stains on the white shower curtain? Will sediments and chemicals clog the replaceable filter faster than the recommended replacement at 6 month intervals? We'll see. The replacement filters look fairly priced and the entire expense will be well worth it to KNOW it's doing something to reduce "red sludge" and chemicals from shower water.

I’ve only had this a few days but my husband said it was very easy to put on. So far the water pressure was good but now it’s ok. Some holes are not pushing any water not sure why but again the water pressure isn’t terrible. My husband is going to check it out and see why the water isn’t coming out of all the water holes but for the most of them there are running water. I ordered the satin nickel and it matched great. The size of the unit is very generous if you have a large walk in shower like I do. We shall see in time how my skin feels and hair color lasts.

I noticed a difference in how my skin and hair felt after the first shower. My skin did not feel tight and my hair was softer. I picked the Jolie brand based on an AI recommendation that cautioned against a less expensive brand. I used AI because I read a comment on Amazon where the consumer had bought a shower head and had tested the water quality before and after his shower with no improvement in the quality. I did not test the water myself so my observations are qualitative, not quantitative. It was easy to install and the spray is better than a standard shower head.

The shower head is pretty and all but the holes started to clog up on the first month of using it not to mention I noticed nothing different regarding my hair or skin so i got a little suspicious. I took out the filter and poured water on top of it to see if the water comes out clear, when i tell that water was BROWN it did absolutely nothing I bought it in the first place to filter out the debris and it did absolutely NOTHING. All these 5 star reviews are all placebo effect cuz that thing doesn’t work and to think i paid almost $200 for it :(

La instalación fue muy fácil, lo pude hacer todo yo. Me preocupaba que fuera a necesitar adaptadores o conectores extras pero no fue necesario, la conexión quedo con el tamaño de tubería que ya tenia, supongo es un tamaño estándar/universal. Viene con una cinta para plomeria para que la conexión quede bien sellada, y con una llave inglesa muy útil para dejarla bien apretada y yo la use tambien para quitar la regadera anterior. No afecto la presión del agua, pero siempre he tenido buena presión. El agua se siente bien, llevo pocos días usándola pero si he notado una diferencia en el pelo, esta más suave.

Nothing to dislike.

Love the shower head but find I have to replace the shower filters way more than stated. Or else the water pressure dwindles.
