Good product we can use for this 360 degrees and night vision is so for good and motion detection is perfect and while motion detection we get alarm over-all product is good for this lesser price and audio quality is also good

Great camera for home if you live in apartments.I have been using this for close to three months now and it’s worked fantastic, I strongly believe that as long as you make sure that you maintain stuff, it definitely won’t break.That’s why I ensure that on a monthly basis, I clean the camera and clean it up so there’s no dust around the lens or around the body of it to ensure that the motors don’t get jammed and the motion tracking works as intended.I did happen to have a small issue with events, not showing up on the app, for some reason, I tried every possible troubleshooting step, including uninstalling the app, logging out resetting the camera, but nothing somehow worked. So I reached out to the trueview Support, which was pretty easy. It just took two minutes of hold time, I was connected with the engineer, Harish, who was actually quite helpful and followed up with me for continuously three days in a row and finally helped me fix the issue. It apparently required some sort of a backend update from their developer team, and once they did that, it started to show everything just like it did before, so I gotta say the Support is really good. The team works flawlessly, and if you want a camera where you can reach out and ask for assistance, or in case you’re coming across any trouble, then trueview is certainly the one to go for.Thanks for the great support Harish!Overall all features are great! However, I do think that the quality of camera and the video resolution is not so great. It does say five megapixel, but it doesn’t feel like it. I’ve tried to compare it with other two megapixel and three megapixel cameras and it somehow lands in the same bin, so I think the fact that they’re calling it is 5MP is somewhat of a gimmick, but it still does the job for a daily basis usage and for a normal monitoring CCTV camera. I use it indoor in apartments so there is no concern about it being waterproof or having strong Wi-Fi connection because it does justify with a 2.4 GHz modem.I own another CP plus camera so I have to say that trueview is much better when it comes after sales support, annd overall value for money with the product. Although they say that CP plus is a pretty reputed brand, I have always noticed that reaching out to them is a big challenge.I will update the review around 6 months to explain the long term performance

The media could not be loaded. Considering the price i paid - Rs 1114 this product delivering superb quality and performance. 1. App is good. Smooth.2. Device works flawlessly all day and night3. Night vision works 💯 beautifullyCons1. Probably no mode to disable the camera for certain period of time2. Although the box says 30 days of free trial of cloud, i didnot find it. 3. Field of view is not great. Difficult to find a place where i can keep the camera and still it can see all over the room. To so surveillance, you need to move the camera head with the joysticks / start auto rotation. I wanted a camera which has wide field of view. This one having straight field of view. But this is not a complain rather a feature. If you need wide angle camera, check other possiblities4. Vertical tilt of the camera head is only 55 degrees. Check other camera. I have seen few outthere from trueview itself worth rs 999 and having 110 degrees of movement which would be better Overall its a nice product considering me buing a cctv camera first time.

The camera is very good, especially for the elder and children monitoring.Camera quality is HD, and decent one..Two way voice communication helps a lot.Night vision infrared support, flash light support is good..App support is good, we have option to buy cloud service too, without cloud service, it Stores the video in memory card..Real-time monitoring is possible.Device is easy to setup.Definately recommend

I have bought two cameras and i must say, for the price it does very good job. I have listed out the pros and cons and this is not a paid review. This is a genuine reviewPros1. Camera clarity is good and human faces are clearly visible.2. Cruise feature is very good. It rotates the camera automatically every 10 seconds3. Extremely easy to configure and it won't take more than few seconds.4. One camera is almost used for 8 months and until now there is no issue in the working.5. Customer support is excellent. WhatsApp replies are very instant and they are real people and not a auto computer response. They help us with all support instantaneously6. Usb c power supply so easy to use a power bank for backup which is really required nowadays. Adaptor is given in box which is very good7. Night vision does the job and no issue at all.8. 6 predefined positions can be stored which is extremely helpful for immediate view .9. The app is very good and minimal. Doesn't confuses the users very much.Cons.1. Sometimes I faced network issue and need to click 3 times to view the video but this could be because of my network. May be need to check how the second camera performs which is near to my wifi2. Charger cable could be little lengthier3. Wide angle could be improved. But for this price this is good .I would really recommend to try this camera for the given price which is really worth.
