Starbucks Ground Coffee, Medium Roast Hot or Iced Coffee, Pike Place Roast, 28 oz

I like Starbucks coffee. Price is much better than the local stores. The flavor taste fresh, so it’s not like they have been on the shelf for a long period of time. Delivery is quick.

Not bad pricing even though it has gone up. Back in January I got bought it for $35.86 for the 6 pack (12ounce)of Pike Place. Now it's around $45 for a 6pack but still better than what they have it at a local supermarket which can be around $13 each 12 ouch. And it's very fresh. Typical get 5 months before the expiration date.

Great flavor

PIKE PLACE ROAST STARBUCKS, Medium Roast with its rich flavors of cocoa and praline coffee is my most enjoyable and priced right coffee so far. Starbucks is committed to 100% ethical coffee sourcing that is commendable. At .58 per oz for 2 packages is a good price. I mentioned the description inaccuracies rlthat I found down below in the description section to an Amazon Customer Service Representative who made the notations in their system(s) for review. I hope that Starbucks continues their ethical humane farming sourcing and sustainability efforts. Thank you.

The aroma is a bit different in a good way. It took a few tries to get the right measure (approx 1.25/1.5 increase over my usual measure) Then I began to appreciate the tasting notes, most notably chocolate though definitely not like mocha. I learned something that seems worth sharing given skyrocketing coffee costs: The water and its storage vessel, like brewing& drinking vessels, are as important as the bean. Stainless steel cancels garlic/onion on the skin by canceling flavor &odor molecules, which interact very closely (ie: stuffy nose = dulled taste) Used at any point in coffee brewing/drinking, steel mutes flavor/aroma profile, and adds metallic bite like water from a stainless bottle (ie: beverage bottlers use aluminum/glass, not steel cans) It’s been an eye-opener switching to ceramic, enameled, glass…for coffee making/drinking, huge difference!

Pike Place roast is always good if stored properly. This is good and a good value, little more than half what my nearest supermarket charges.

Best coffee out there it’s the only one I buy.

My husband loves this coffee. Bought it to go with the filter coffee machine I got him for his birthday. It has a mild flavour - smooth & no bitterness. This size pack is good value for money

Personalmente sono rimasto un po deluso da questa miscela, da un marchio così famoso mi aspettavo qualcosa di più buono, considerando anche il prezzo, a prezzi di gran lunga inferiori ho acquistato qui in Italia caffè di qualità nettamente superiore.
