Who knew these even existed?? These inserts were recommended to me by my podiatrist for my broken fourth metatarsal as an alternative to wearing a surgical boot. I still have the stabililty needed for my foot AND have the comfort and traction of wearing my regular tennis shoe! I used the insert to walk around the zoo with my class on our field trip. It was much more comfortable than wearing the boot!

These insoles are light and comfortable much better than the steel insoles I was using previously. I need a rigid insole for my stiff big toe (hallux rigidus) and these are perfect for that. The info on correct sizing was accurate so I was able to use them right out of the box without any trimming. At this price I will definitely purchase a few more pairs.

Good value - sturdy support

I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit well in my shoes. Took a bit to get used to but after a little while they were very comfortable and I realized my feet weren't hurting as much. My doctor suggested these to me as I wait for my appointment with a podiatrist. They were easy to install just slip in your shoes in the order the directions tell you. I also like that they don't have sticky stuff on the bottom so I can switch them from shoe to shoe.

I went with 3 stars because the product is fine, but they made my foot pain worse. I have metatarsalgia and the Dr. recommended new custom orthotics with metatarsal pads. I was still having pain in my right foot even with the new orthotic so my PT suggested I try the carbon liners under the orthotics so that my foot doesn't bend by the toes when I walk. Unfortunately, the carbon liners made my feet hurt worse (and in more places). And even though they are super thin, it must be just enough to make it difficult for me to get my feet in the sneakers. My PT said to take out the carbon liners and try again in a day or so. I'm not optimistic, but for anyone else needing a carbon liner, I would recommend trying these. They are a reasonable price and good quality.

This product does have sharp edges that cut into the shoe you put them into. The inserts that go on top are a must. However, they can limit the space in a standard shoe. OK for tennis shoes as there is more room to go upward with your foot. Arrived as promised.

Arrived next day my orthopedic doctor prescribed a graphite slate insole for my recovery for breaking my foot $80 this saved me so much money and it works great keeps my shoe from bending and supports my foot also not too thick fits right inside my shoe very comfortable and relieves me of foot pain.

A great value that does the job.
