Also I did not like the Velcro side bits on the waist to pull in. Wanted protection when kneeling on broken corals in sand taking photos. Fast delivery and the sizing table was pretty accurate from my point of view. I am 6' high and not a stick insect and would normally be XL but according to the table chose 2XL and I must say they are a perfect fit. They have a tie cord at waist plus velcro type belt which adjusts the fit around the waist. At 3mm they are reasonably protective.
