First of all, the product itself is great. Super durable. So many workouts you can do with these bands. The light is super light and the extra heavy is heavy. It works for me and I workout a lot. Love them so much. Second of all, the company is even better. Great customer service. One of my bands came with a small hole in it so I emailed the company directly. Good warm up bands
These are exactly as described. I purchased these for glute activation before lifting. I need something stronger. The are good for getting warmed up.

Multi-use perfection!
I love these, they are very useful in the gym or at home. After using them, the next day they make you so sore the first time around! :) it’s the perfect tool for working your butt off (literally) and also your legs, but they are multi-use bands so they are perfect for any part of your body that you can stretch.

I like the thickness of the bands. There more like heavy duty that don’t break easily and makes my workout feel like I’m doing something lol..
