Punctured bag

Ordered multiples of these but one had a hole in the bag and covered the entire contents of this package in white powder. Can’t seem to request a refund for the one damaged bag of lost material.

Disappointed with purchase

The bag was punctured when I received it so there was powder all over the Box and it's a non-returnable item. I wouldn't take a chance on this item! It was money wasted.
