This is excellent blackout tape. Not a single LED device I have put this on has any visible glow. It is PITCH BLACK. It is quite surprising given how then the tape itself is. It is very easy to apply, works exactly as described and is VERY sticky. I have no worries of the tape falling off.

Good for the little lights on large and small appliances. Hides the light on our smoke detector, fan and humidifier. Worked great on the TV in my hotel room. I always bring some with me on my travels. Sticks well and is easy to use.

This is exactly what I needed to keep out the light! Recently diagnosed with eye cancer, I’ve been desperate to keep the sun out of my eyes because it hurts so badly and it’s terrifying. Using this and another product to blackout my windows was exactly what I needed. Functionally it does exactly what I need it to. It’s very sticky and it sticks to itself very easily and can easily get twisted around, so that’s not great but it really doesn’t matter because it does the job. If you need blackout tape, this is exactly what you are looking for, without question. I would definitely buy it again and I would definitely recommend it!

Working nights I need it dark during the day. I already had some blackout sheets duct taped to the windows with blackout curtains, but it still let enough light through the edges to be annoying. I put some of this over it and it works great. I will say though it doesn't have the strongest adhesive so the duct tape is still necessary to hold everything in place and this over it to block light.

Doesn’t stick very well. Ended up getting another brand that’s wider and has a backing. It’s easier to install and seems to stick better. Dimming effect is the same.

Works perfectly! I sleep in my office (big snoring problem), where we have a TV, my work computer, an air conditioner, and the internet modem and router. At night there are blue, green, and red lights everywhere. Not anymore! I put a piece of this tape over every light and now it is pitch black! You can still see the lights if you get up close, but they no longer keep me up at night.

Every night I had a thin line of light creeping into my eye from the building across the street from me. Well no more! This went on easy as tape! It seems like a low residue material so if I need to remove it, I suspect it wont be too hard either. It is only about 2cm wide so it is perfect for blocking the small gap between the blinds and the window.

Don’t put this on your windows if you ever want to be able to remove it!
