This is me, based on research articles I have read I decided to combine PQQ ( mitochondria generator ) with Coq10 ( Mitochondria energy fuel). The result is outstanding. Designs for Health understand the benefits of combining these two for full mitochondria benefits inside cells. I don’t recommend you do what I do, but do your own research. Regarding this supplement, it’s the rarest since it’s hard to find pure bio PQQ in the market without contamination unless it’s reputable brand like this one.

I've always trusted Designs For Health for being a high quality supplement brand. I'm thrilled that they offer a Mito-support product. It is an important part of our health regimen.

I bought this supplement because after some research I did it seems that mitochondrial dysfunction is a main issue in autism spectrum disorders, which I am a victim of(Asperger's Syndrome). I had hoped that taking a few pills a day for a week would bring about a change in my symptoms, but it did not. I had also read on the product label that it was manufactured last year. So that means that these pills are already halfway expired. Luckily, I manged to return this product for a full refund. And I advise to parents of children with autism to not buy supplements like these. Autism is a multifactorial disorder that cannot be manged with expensive supplements comprised of one or two nutrients.

Designs for Health is probably one of the top two brands I use for supplementation. I haven't had any issues with this brand or shipping. I've used Mito-PQQ for over a year and felt more energy. The dietary supplement stuff is tricky tho because you have to test and for me after testing cellular function returned to nominal performance. I'm happy with this product and it worked the best for me over a few others I've tried.
