Great Sign, Mediocre Software
This sign is a great attention getter, I'm using it in my game room to show high scores for the retro games I've got set up on a little mini-PC. The sign is fully programmable via its own Wi-Fi network. You can use the free iOS, Android, or Windows software to program the sign and you can even program sets of signs so you can coordinate them. The LEDs in this are super bright and that brightness can be controlled in the software when programming the signs for display. The software does take some getting used to but once you translate the cryptic wording of the apps it's pretty easy to setup and control. I'm extremely happy with this sign, I've been using it literally since the moment I got it. I hooked it up and programmed it I was so happy to get it.

Super bright and easy to read. Just wish the app was better
This is a great sign. It’s bright, colorful, and easy to read. The construction is adequate, and the sign is solid enough to withstand some abuse, but the panels are thin and the metal is aluminum I believe. It’s perfect for a small shop and a great way to attract a consumer’s eye. But the app leaves a lot to be desired. The sign sends a Wi-Fi signal out that you connect to and make changes through either Android/iOS or Windows/Mac maybe Linux as well, but I can’t remember. I could never get the Android app to find the sign even when I was connected to its Wi-Fi, but I got the Windows version to work. The program is confusing when looking at it for the first time. But if you have some computer skills (I don’t have much) you can start to click around and get a handle on most things. The program connects to a database of different images and text you can put on the sign. I was surprised at how many options there are. I was also a little surprised about how bad most looked on the sign. But looking at things now, I shouldn’t have been. This sign is very low resolution and is mainly going to be used for text. You might be able to do some low-resolution pixel art, maybe. The program has language options and does translate to English for the most part. But as you click through options and menus you will see Chinese text in some places. Sometimes preventing you from making a change or just knowing what that setting or button even does. I use Google Lens for those times and it’s gotten me through. I like the sign for what it is and what it’s capable of. I just wish the program was a little more user-friendly

Product came in less than perfect condition and app isn’t very user friendly
I will start with what I don’t like about this because there are only a few things, but they are important so they contribute a lot to the experience. The first issue is that this showed up with the back panel pushed in. The shipping box wasn’t damaged so that tells me this is probably from the factory which could be a sign of bad QC. Either way I will have to disassemble this to reinsert the panel properly. The other, huge, issue is the app. It’s not user friendly at all and I guess if you’re only going to program a few things and then forget about it forever then it’s not a huge deal. However, I’m using this as a bit more than just an “open” and “close” sign. I’m using this as a sign in my entertainment room and really wanted to use the feature of adding a background image, but I could never get this to work in the app and the way the rest of the features and settings are set up is difficult to use, especially on a phone. Oh and also the app itself seems kind of sketchy and I don’t really know if I even want this thing connecting to my WiFi at this point. I haven’t done a deep dive into its activities on my network just yet, but I’m never one to trust something like this. I don’t even trust Amazon or Google devices in my home network like that. The sign itself seems to work great though and it is very bright. The frame and the LED panel are aluminum so there is a large heatsink for all of the heat produced by the LEDs to dissipate. The frame is aluminum track as well so if you’re handy at all you could create some cool mounts for this besides the eyelets that come in the track standard. Overall I’m not sure how to feel about this product. I would not overly recommend it based on my experience, but I’m also not a store LED sign enthusiast that knows everything about this market. I think it works well, but consider the UX and the state that it was shipped to me in before buying.

Very bright
Bright and nice LED sign. It is a bit limited on what you can do with it with the controller that is included though.

eh...
We were a little hesitant to download the app needed to use this, and after we did, the words are pretty pixilated or just disappear all together so it doesn't really function.

Great sign
This programmable LED sign is very bright and plenty big enough to read from a distance. The App for this sign leaves a lot to be desired and takes a little time to figure out, but it gets the job done. Overall a good value and would recommend.

App is the only downfall
This sign requires you to download like a sketchy apk which made me very hesitant to do it but I did anyway. I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding the app and I agree. The app is not very user friendly and the instructions are translated from Chinese so it's a little choppy. Although the app is not very aesthetically pleasing, it's not difficult to navigate it just might take a little bit of getting used to and it has endless options available. My only issue with the app is the WiFi kept disconnecting even though I forgot all other networks. Most of the text displayed was fairly easy to read and the sign is super bright. Overall considering the price I give it a 6/10

Wonderfully bright and allows for lots of creativity
You can see the sign. The table is NOT reflective, so the reflections in the table top give an idea of the brightness. The manual is terrific. You do have to connect your phone (we have iPhones) to it via WiFi, and you do set a password to do that. You then can choose borders, graphics, and various fonts for the lettering. You can see that the Open and the Oz the Cat displays use different fonts and colors giving an idea of the broad range of control. It is thick enough that it sits squarely on a flat surface, and there is a rail up top with two sliding open circles to hook it to an overhead support. Very impressive, nice, easy to use, and flexible design. We love it.
