Valerian works,
and has done for me for quite a few years now. This is the first time using this brand and I feel there are better out there.I wanted to support British and like the "clean"element this brand is not as effective as my previous one which also had no fillers in it but the dose was higher.

No good for me, may work for others.
This helped for a few nights but then I was waking up with a terrible headache.
