Now to start of about this product when I first got it and started using it it did gave me some strong gas but I figured maybe it just was cleaning my stomach so I decided to continue using it no matter what sure enough I was right that's what exactly what it was doing as later on as I kept on taking it it started to let out my waist out of my stomach fast and I did started feeling better and believe it or not I started to have this crazy energy and I was feeling good especially for me be taking it for the first time so now every time I take it it do be making me poop really well the only thing that it got me really confused was it wasn't saying when to take it with like most of them you have to take it with food so I been taking it with out no food and then I been trying it out with food and to be honest with you it's best to take it when you have food in ur stomach it does works out a bit better then with out no food in ur stomach because when I take it with out no food it can give me gas at times and when I take it with food it works a bit better so the company need to put that in their labels please saying best to take with food otherwise I do like it and it helps me out really well.
