This is a heavy-duty phone with a lot of features, BUT I did buy it also for the thermal imaging option. A 50mp camera ain't shabby at all also! I've posted a few images snapped with the phone, and as you can see it is SHaRP!! I wanted a phone smaller in size, being so tired of having lightweight extra-thin/slim phones that slip out of pockets, out of your hands, etc. You know how it is. The slim shiny thin phone so slick on practically ALL surfaces, make for a very slippery feel that's difficult to hold on with confidence and security. Plus IF it does fall, it usually will display some sort of damage: cracked screen, dented side/corners, etc. I think ANYone with a modern phone will attest to the fact that sleek shiny glass thin phones has dropped it, or dropped to its death somewhere sometime at least once. I didn't want that experience anymore. I just had my last heavy-duty phone get demolished, though it was made with built-on heavy duty, rubber encased thick bump corners, but was destroyed after the last of its many falls/drops, and it did NOT survive its final fall. This phone is very small but very much thicker, actually thicker than most ultra-light phones that I've ever had during the modern evolution of smaller, lighter cordless phones. This phone joins another Ulefone I've had for some months now: my Note 18 Ultra, a fabulous phone with an extra sharp camera, giving me fabulous images. The support from Ulefone is second-to-none, and though they are in an obviously different timezone than the USA, it does not hamper the excellent support I've had! Most recently and ending just a few hours ago, I had inadvertently locked meself out of my this phone, by using a different passcode THEN not recording what that passcode was. I lost a lot of sleep over this over the last two days, trying to log in. How many times did I try to log in but didn't? Over 200 times!! With their assistance, I was finally able to get into "the phone", wipe and reset the phone, to start anew. I wasn't worried about losing any data nor images since it's new and was just testing out the camera. After working on the phone till 4am this morning, then getting a few hours sleep to start anew at 8am, to finally cracking the problem wide-open at about 10am, and finally happier than a dawg in a wide-open field chasing fleas as the phone is now functional and operating excellently! Granted, I need to squint hard to see the screen, but am blind anyways, so wot the heck. I wanted a smaller phone and this fits the bill perfectly, plus it's so thick and rugged, so I can't possibly ever lose on this one! My wife likes the look of it too.

Tengo una semana de usar mi nuevo Ulefone Armor Mini 20T y me ha impresionado lo cómodo que se siente usarlo con una sola mano. Al principio dudé de su espesor, pero se siente realmente cómodo de usar y su peso pasa inadvertido. Uso la imagen térmica para localizar rápidamente averías en tarjetas electrónicas mayormente, pero se que será muy útil en otras situaciones. Otra mejora importante sobre mi teléfono anterior (DOOGEE V20 Pro) fue su luz; es mucho más potente y útil. También su puerto infrarrojo ha sido fácil de configurar para un par de dispositivos y estoy seguro que la lista de dispositivos configurados crecerá pronto. A pesar de que mi teléfono anterior usaba Android V12, nunca fue posible definir el límite máximo de carga al 80%, pero en mi nuevo Ulefone Armor Mini 20T (Android V15) no fue problema definir ese límite y proteger la batería. La carga inalámbrica también ha sido bienvenida: no más cables que conectar y mucho más cómoda la recarga. En conclusión el Ulefone Armor Mini 20T ha sido una muy buena compra y se adaptó muy bien a mis necesidades tecnológicas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo por comodidad (tamaño) y funcionalidad.

Way too thick and heavy. I was looking for pocket sized. So I returned it.

. I really wanted to love it, it's a perfect phone except the battery only lasts me 8 hours on medium use, I have screenshots, I used about 3 hours of YouTube , the rest is just normal gps ,text, email, I don't understand how the battery lasts less than my old Samsung with less battery.

Good overall rugged phone. I bought it 9 months ago and it's held up well. I'm extremely hard on phones and needed something that would last me. Typical Iphones and Samsungs just don't work for me. It's a little on the thick side but I knew the measurements before I purchased it and the long lasting battery is worth the thickness. I'll go days without charging with no worries. No case needed, never cracked the screen. It's the perfect size for my hands and fit in my back pocket nicely (I'm a women and our jean pockets are tiny). My only complaint is that I dropped it a few months ago and my speaker quit working. I'm pretty sure a wiring got loose with the drop. I contacted Ulefone and they were quick to respond and eager to get my phone in working condition. Great customer service and willing to send me a free phone case for my troubles. They are sending a brand new phone to replace my broken one (which it was only the speaker and red/blue emergency lights that stopped working). I would definitely get another Ulefone again if/when my new phone needs replacing. Customer service makes the difference.

Excellent phone. Love the size and all the features. The FLIR camera has already come in handy as well as the camping light. The battery is also long lasting. I have not seen it go below 80%.

Really nice phone for the price. Thermal camera is worth the value! A little on the smaller side, but still fully functional. Overall a good purchase.

The only thing that could discourage you is that it is not the same size of typical phones! With that being said it offers so much more than them as well! Get the holster and you will be fine!
