It goes on smoothly, feels lightweight on the skin, and instantly gives my face a softer, more even appearance. I noticed it helps blur the look of pores and fine lines without feeling heavy or greasy. One of my favorite things about this primer is the added SPF 30, which gives extra sun protection while still working well under makeup. This is by far the best primer I have ever use. I have been getting it on subscribe and save for a long time. I love the way it feels when you rub it on your face. It makes your makeup go on very smoothly and seems to minimize the look of your pores. The price is affordable at this time.

This is great for summer! In the summer I rarely wear face makeup other than some blush, so finding this was great. A nice effect with a little color (though I wish it had a little more color) and SPF. Usually makeup smothers my face and pores so much that I pour sweat in Texas summers. I'm looking forward to testing it this year.

I’ve tried a lot of primers and this one really does give a nice blurred, smoother look without feeling thick or greasy. It helps soften the appearance of pores and fine lines and makes makeup apply more evenly. I have also been wearing it alone just for a more even skin tone on days where I will be outside and need SPF protection. I also like that it doesn’t feel overly silicone-heavy like some blurring primers do. It worked well on my combination skin and helped my makeup last longer throughout the day without getting cakey. Great affordable option that performs like a more expensive product.

I really love this primer. I've been using it for years now. I've noticed as I've gotten older my skin has become a little more sensitive to some things and this primer has been great. I don't even have to wear make-up after I apply it. Just moisturizer and this primer, and maybe mascara. It really helps to even out your skin tone along with toning down any redness, if you have any. I particularly like this one because of the skin toning it creates. I don't need a lot but it gives enough for my needs.

This is no joke the best primer I have ever used. I cannot believe this hidden gem. I have nice skin but I do have some redness on my nose and cheeks. It does a great job getting rid of the redness. I literally just use this and thats it on my skin now, no foundation. It's so smooth and makes you look fresh and dewy.

I really loved this blurring primer. It went on beautifully and created a really smooth finish. My skin looked wonderful and it lasted so well. Unfortunately, my skin is very sensitive and I had a small hive the first day along with small red bumps that would definitely proceed to being pimples (past experiences have taught me not to keep trying the product but I liked the finish so much that I did try one more day). I wish this primer would have worked for me because it was amazing. Hopefully it works for you.

I initially tried this to replace the Becca brand primer I had used for so many years and loved. They stopped making it. I like this even better! The green tube, blurring primer for face with SPF 30, goes on silky smooth and some days I don’t even bother to put foundation on over this it looks so good. It looks soft and natural. I have this in the white tube which is the mattifying version , but on my aging skin I prefer this. Excellent product and I am a big fan of this brand

Throughout my lifetime both as a consumer and a professional MUA, I have used many a face primer. From the very high end, to drug store and everything in between, I’ve experienced them all. The Elizabeth Mott primer in Illuminating is one of the best I have experienced. It’s not glittery, leaves just enough of a glow that it’s not overtly noticeable like a highlighter, smells fresh like skincare and not chemicals, and best of all actually works well. I personally have a combination skin type that can get oily but also dry and flaky; the Illuminating primer works very well in hydrating and evening the skin, leaving the face looking fresh and youthful and does not emphasize any dryness or fine lines. This is a very well rounded and versatile primer for many.

Keeps my makeup in place for a good 8 hours. I get a really oily T-zone so I use this in conjunction with powder and finishing spray as well then blot throughout the day. It works better than the Inisfree sebum control primer for me. I really like the texture on my skin its very soft and light and creates a nice base for makeup. I mainly use this for stage makeup, it seems to hold up well even under spotlight.

This was supposed to be a “skin friendly product” and got it after reading all the good reviews.I used this for a few days and my face broke out, wasn’t sure if it was because of this. I stopped using it for a week or so and my face calmed down. Then tried using it again and now my face is a complete mess, pimples and whiteheads everywhere.

I'm trying a few primers at the moment as I seem to need them now to stop foundation from flaking. This is definitely a good one. It smooths easily into the skin and is a nice texture. I'm likely to buy it again.
