No Reservations: Around the World on an Empty Stomach

A gentleman and a scholar greatly missed he involved you in a way that you felt like you knew him personally

If you are looking at this you are probably already an Anthony Bourdain fan. It is nice to get a bit of an inside look behind No Reservations. He gives some insights about the places and there are also tips about restaurants to visit at the end. Recommended as a travel book, but the show is of course more encompassing.

Good book to read..

Very good !

This is a coffee-table picture book, rather than the next proper Bourdain book. It seems to have been cobbled together in time for the Christmas season. The photos are excellent, though, but if you have seen the TV shows, you've probably seen most of this already.My advice? For a Bourdain fan's present, buy them the DVDs of the series.

Bought as a gift for my son. Been well read

Lovely book. Purchased as a gift for a friend who loves Gordon Ramsey. Interesting stories, nice info in the back of the book also. My friend was thrilled.

I like Anthony Bourdain. He's my favorite travel show host. This book is full of his wit candor honesty and that famous dry sense of humor. Loaded with great pictures as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Having read his other books Kitchen Confidential, Medium Raw and A Cook's Tour and having utterly loved them, I was very excited to check this book 'No Reservations'.This book is a scrap book in which he recalls all the small moments throughout his world travels with some candid and brilliant photography. We get a sneak peak at Anthony and his close knit team who made all wonderful shows for us.A must see for an Anthony Bourdain fan.

Good quality photos and decent sized print. Book was actually smaller than I initially thought but good overall quality for price.
