48V phantom power for XLR condenser microphones. Check microphone specifications first. Turn on the “48V” button when needed (white indicator light is on).

Connected teammates hear echoes of their own voices, how do I fix this?

Turn off the loopback button. If this feature is enabled (white light is on), audio sent to the device via USB will be sent back to the USB-connected device.

Can I adjust the mic gain by using this audio mixer?

Sure! The audio mixer comes with mic volume fader. You can push the fader gradually from the zero until desired loudness depending on your mic gain.
