First of all, getting three generous sized 4.4 ounce bars of dead sea salt soap for under $10 is a really good value. These soaps list a perfume in the ingredients, but I don't smell anything besides a basic "clean" aroma, so there's no irritating scents to worry about. Made in Israel, the soaps contain skin nourishing goodies such as palm oil, olive oil, almond oil, and glycerin in addition to dead sea salt. The bars are hard milled so they won't melt away quickly when used as long as you allow them to drain properly. Recently I've begun to see small blackheads around my nose so I wanted to try this to clear them up. This soap produces a rich creamy lather and doesn't irritate my skin. My skin feels very soft after using this soap, and my pores look tighter, yet my skin doesn't feel dry. In fact, I have a water softener in my house and using a salt soap accentuated the moisturizing and softening effect of that. It does make it a bit more difficult to know when it's rinsed off though, so be aware of that if you have a water softener too. The bottom line is that this soap will help clean your pores without stripping your skin, and it's an excellent value for three large bars.
