A fantastic pair of headphones at a great price
It's not often a product lives up to the hype, but that's exactly what the FiiO FT1's do! After watching countless reviewers tell me how great these are, I finally took the plunge, as I was looking for a good, closed back pair of headphones, at a reasonable price. I'm pairing these with a FiiO K7, and they sound incredible. As the reviews have stated, there is plenty of bass on offer here, but presented very cleanly, without muddying up the mids (which sound great), and still managing to create an immersive bass impact. Nothing on the treble side sounds harsh, just all fantastically well-tuned. I think immersive is a good way to describe the sound in general - they really pull me in to my music in a way I've not experienced for some time). I'm using these for music and gaming (they excel at gaming too, great imaging with a soundstage that works well if you're into FPS games). Comfort is top notch, I can wear these for long sessions without any fatigue. They are heavier than Sennheiser's (if that's what you're used to), but they spread the weight very well. Build quality and durability will become evident over time, but initial impressions are good, as they are nicely put together with a premium (ish) feel. At this price point, these are a no brainer for anybody looking for a great sounding, comfortable and well built pair of headphones. Clamp force is very light when compared to many Sennheiser and Beyerdynamic headphones. I'm actually preferring these to my DT 900 Pro X's for both sound quality and comfort. Fantastic product, well done FiiO!

Bang for buck
Am no expert but I like my music and these sound superb for the money , loud , clear and more than enough bass . Ive been using Sony wh1000xm4 both wired and Bluetooth and although these are just wired with no noise cancelling put them up a few notches and you ain’t hearing no outside noise plus Extremely comfy with big well over the ear cups 😎

Worth a go for the price! I’m glad I did
Took a punt on these based on a few reviews and the incredible price. Have to admit I’m really impressed. They look good. Build feels less sturdy but decent for the price. But most important is sound. These are a nice level of bass, punchy and fun, with great clarity and some peaks at the high freqs.I have also tried EQing to a flat response which is good too, but I have to admit I’m loving the signature sound best so far.Currently running through balanced cable from my fiio K11 r2r (btw the supplied cables- normal and balanced- feel like great cables)

Good quality and comfort.
Excellent audio quality and comfort. the carry case is a welcome bonus. The only thing I would say is that the connecting wire might be a bit short but is also replaceable.Good headphones.

Wonderful sound, big, good passive noise cancellation
Sound quality is wonderful. They are big - so you maybe look daft wearing them - but presume that is because of the larger 60mm drivers. I upgraded to these from the FIIO JadeAudio JT1 - which also sounded wonderful and were lighter and a bit smaller - because they didn't block out any external noise and I wanted to use them in the office. These ones block a lot of sound passively. Very happy. Comes with a good quality (and large) hard carry case and two good quality cables. The JT1 cables had a mic on them btw, these don't.

My favourite headphones right now
My favourite headphones because the bass is really high quality and makes the music fun to listen to. It's especially great for bass heavy music of course. Downside is that it's not so good with voices. Still 5 stars from me and it easily beats the rubbish Fiio FT5 which costs over three times more. I also prefer it to any hifiman headphones I have ever heard including the premium Arya series which are vastly overrated imo.The Fiio FT1 Pro and Aune AR5000 are pretty good too for totally different reasons and would rank just behind this one.

A Sonically Superb Steal!
The Fiio FT1 seems to sellout everywhere within a week of restocking, which is why I had to order mine elsewhere and wait, there's a reason for that - they are phenomenal! They feel really nice in the hand and on your head as a general theme strikes you as worth more than the price in every regard. They are well built, comfortable, they don't clamp too much or too little, the case is a game changer for me not used to having one now I need them.Sound wise they are sonically superb. Bass is thunderous with EDM stuff, mids are clear and present very much so with hard rock, treble is clear and present too. Soundstage is good for being a closed back. Basically I cannot pick a negative with this headphone except for maybe the cable as I find it to be a bit cumbersome but its not a stupidly long cable either so its fine. The fact that I'm mentioning cable flex as not being perfect as the only slight peeve of this product should speak volumes because everything else is fantastic. You even get a balanced cable with it which im looking forward to trying once I get a Fiio R2R DAC to pair up with. Already got a Fiio desktop amp and a Fiio BTR7 for portability and they sound great with those but u can't do balanced yet. One for the future, but right now these are an absolute steal.Buy while you can and hope you don't have to wait! Worth it if you do though....
