Amazing Product for mopping it's better than Dyson. How ever just using it as a vaccum cleaner it's good but not as powerful as Dyson. It cleans a small 2BHK flat with 50% battery on auto mode and 2 refills of water. I barely feel the need of using the liquid detergent. The running cost would be RS.3,000+ for the roller and filter which I'm not sure of how often it needs replacement. but guessing it would be 1 year which is not that bad. In my case the vaccum cleaner has been giving me roller replacement announcement but after manually cleaning it the replacement warning is gone. If you feel the product is expensive. Do the math of how much you spend on your maid and probably you would recover it in 1-2 years. The built quality is good and portable, I like how the attachment just fit in perfectly. The helpline is really good and quick response and had videocalls for Demo. . I just kept reciving sales inquiry from TINECO 5 times after my purchase form amazon. Which I have already told them I got the product.

Been using the Tineco S5 Combo for a month now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s so convenient to have both vacuum and mop in one — it picks up dust, hair, and even wet spills in a single pass, which saves a lot of time. The self-propelling feature makes it super easy to use, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I also love the handheld mode — great for sofas, corners, and even quick car cleaning. Battery life is solid for my whole flat, and the self-cleaning function is a game changer — no messy cleanup after. Only small downside is the water tank could be a bit bigger, but overall it’s been amazing. Highly recommend if you want something quick, efficient, and all-in-one.

I absolutely love my tineco ss combo cordless wet and dry vacuum cleaner. it is incredibly convenient and completely replaced the need to carry arround a mop and bucket. The suction power is excellent, and it dries the floors surprisingly well. The smart sensor isnw feature that adjusts water usel automatically. Highly recommended for quick and efficient clean ups. The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 star is that the clean and dirty water tank is too small and the battery life which drops easily. Plus it requires frequent maintenance.

I would give this product a negative rating if that were possible. This has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made. From the very first day I received the product, I have been facing serious charging issues. The machine does not charge properly and takes almost an entire day to reach a full charge. Even then, I have to constantly adjust the charging connection multiple times to make sure it is actually charging, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of proper customer support. Despite raising complaints, there has been no effective resolution. The support team only tries to assist over the phone instead of providing a practical solution or addressing the defective product.

One of the best in the market for an overall cleaning solution. If you are looking for vaccuming and moping at the same time, this is it! Even if you just want to vaccum, you can just not fill in any water and it will do it's thing. If you take care of the vaccum especially the roller, it will really pick up the tiniest dirt off of your floor. We have a wooden textured tile and it works pretty well. With one charge, it runs well for 15-20 minutes. If you plan your cleaning well enough, then it should not be a problem. I would suggest not to let it run out of power because then you have to manually adjust again and again for it really begin charging. So around 10 percent, you should really put to charge again. I would recomend this anytime!

Tineco s5 combo is compact, lightweight and very easy to use. Battery backup is very good and self cleaning features are superb, my family are very happy to having such a good product, Battery life is quite good. It has good suction so dust removal is very easy and quick and takes less effort. Many attachments are provided for various purposes of cleaning.
