As someone who has recently turned 50, fending off Father Time via improved health and fitness has become an ever increasing part of my life! The topics covered in this book are relevant and discussed in detail. All star collab!For me, I really related to the chapter regarding "SMART Fitness After 40". Over my life I've been hurt numerous times trying to "GI Joe" gym workouts on my own. The SMART workout protocol laid out in the chapter written by Ken Wall is something I've used to transform my workouts. Measured approach, detailed instruction how to execute and with reasonable goals. Love it!

I am happy I bought this book. It helps with a great fitness start to the New Year. It is well laid out and offers easy, organized discussion to reboot mind, body and spirit. Interesting discussions explaining how breathing, movement and nutrition support fitness goals. Contributors include simple exercise and meal plans to jumpstart your new fitness journey.

Lots of great guidance from different perspectives
I bought this because my trainer, Adam Grey, is one of the authors. Partnering with him through his virtual platform has been life changing, so I was eager to read his contribution. To my delight, every essay in this compilation is applicable to my life. I’ve made some significant changes in my health journey recently and this book was a quick, but dense read that gave me so much to try and reflect on; practical guidance that I can put into practice immediately in most aspects of my life, not just my physical experience. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a friendly and insightful addition to their health library!

Love it! Informative!
This is a must have book for anyone who wants a straight forward guide to some of the best mind / body workout formulas that really work. Bell brings home the point that we can heal our bodies and overcome injuries through appropriate strength training and exercise. Without some of these mobility and fitness training circuits I’d be in more pain. Thanks for an easy guide🙏🏽.
