How do I track a specific person?

Use the FollowMe Mode. You can initiate tracking with gestures to track yourself (selfie mode). Also, simply tap on the desired person on the screen to track someone else.

Why is the tracking performance poor in FollowMe mode?

For effective tracking, users should stand at least 2 meters away from the Chameleon when initiating FollowMe mode.

What should I do if I encounter problems with tracking effectiveness, such as poor tracking or messy spins?

Upload the original video to the app's cloud storage and share the link of the video in cloud to our support team at xbotgo@support. This will allow our team to analyze the issue more effectively and provide you with targeted assistance.

Does the Chameleon work with all tripods?

Yes, the Chameleon can be used on all tripods with a 1/4” screw mount.XbotGo's new tripods have an upgraded mounting kit that makes mounting with the Chameleon quicker.

Why does the Chameleon only track properly on one side of the court and not rotate to the other side?

Misalignment can occur if the Chameleon tilts during tripod height adjustments. For best results, make sure it’s centered with the court’s centerline after each adjustment before recording.
