Gel like for pain, relief
I’m still using this. I bought it because I have numbness going on in my leg. I know your other one I like them a lot. It’s probably what I should’ve bought, but I thought I would try this one.

I’ve struggled with fibromyalgia for too long! Though I’m pretty good about managing pain during the day, nighttime is downright miserable! This stuff was incredible! Way better than anything over-the-counter or prescribed! Doesn’t take long to work either. I realize that it may not work for everyone, as every body is different. BUT it’s definitely worth trying!!! Check it out!

Does not work for me
It's very pourable and upon 1st use, I spilled almost 1/3 of it. It's advertised as a creme, so I was surprised at how loose the gel is. It has a nice fragrance but offers me no relief

Didn't help my joint pain or nerve pain at all
Only thing I can think of of it has going for it is that it doesn't smell bad, but it didn't work on me at all. Was very disappointed. Maybe it helps with mild pain but not real pain...
