Easy to follow instructions and the cake turned out great! It didn’t rise as much as a traditional angel food with gluten but I didn’t sift the mix as noted in one of the tips. I would order again, since I can’t any gluten free angel food cake in stores!

This mix tastes just like homemade, non-gluten-free angel food cake! It isn't as straightforward as the just-add-water kind, but I am willing to go through the ten egg whites this uses for this level of tastiness on a gluten-free diet. I just used the egg yolks for scrambled eggs the next day. It doesn't bake up as lofty as non-gluten-free, but that is ok by me. If you are looking at this, you probably already know that most gluten-free baked goods aren't exact replicas. It still has a nice light texture and moistness level and is the next best thing for sure! A beautiful cake for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, or any day! I have made it 3 times now and it hasn't let me down yet.
