Why do I need to give my dog double the recommended daily amount at the start?

Doubling the daily amount for the first 6 weeks helps active ingredients build up so they can get to work more quickly. We recommend this if your dog is new to YuMOVE or switching brands. If moving up within YuMOVE, there’s no need to double.

Does it matter if I skip days?

Yes. Keeping things consistent really helps your dog get the most from their supplement. If days are skipped, it may take a little longer to see a difference, so it’s best to follow the recommended daily serving guideline.

Can your products be used with prescription-only medicines?

Yes, YuMOVE supplements can be used alongside most prescription-only medicines. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to your vet or contact our Customer Care Team.

If I don’t see a difference, what should I do?

We recommend trying them for 6 weeks. If you’re not pleased with your experience, simply reach out to our Customer Care Team for assistance.*
