I bought this rack for a starter set for me and my son. Works great for deadlifts, squats, bench press, incline and decline bench press, bent over rows, pull ups, and works with an Olympic bar too. It is sturdy. I haven’t experienced any sway or bending. Even when messing around hanging from the pull up bar. Quality built with many different capabilities and possibilities.
