I decided to submit special review as thi product saved my sanity. My baby has iron deficiency sonce he was 6 months old and other products were not helping at all. Since we tried this spray i see very good results. His iron levels became in the normal ranges within less than the recommended 3 months of usage. The flavour is super nice and my whole family loves it. I highly recommend!

Very happy with product. Easy to use. Taste is okay. 4 pumps a day. Works well with me. No side effects so far.

The flavour of this product is quite sweet. I used a little whilst wearing my invaslign retainers not realising it would discolour them and be difficult to clean out. Since they do contain sugar I would suggest Spraying it in but after a while do brush your teeth once you feel its been absorbed. I do forget to use it, and haven’t been using it consistently but i appreciate its not in tablet form and just a few spays seems innocuous. I have now bought other types as well e.g. vitamin D which is meant to help with the absorption of other vitamins etc. Not sure if that’s ok, but i guess really the main point should be to have a varied diet with plenty of fruits and veg which i already do. FYI i am not a medical professional and can only comment on my own experiences. Which is everything in moderation.

Not a huge amount of iron, but easily absorbed. I struggle with iron side effects but this one is nice and gentle on the stomach. Tastes good. Easy to take. Easy to transport.

Bought for my son , he struggles with iron medicines / tablets and ends up with a really bad stomach. This spray is sprayed inside the mouth cheek , 4 sprays that absorb directly into the bloodstream. Gentler on the stomach. Tastes good. Good price.

Leaving my original two reviews as I mentioned. December 5th 2022: I'm at risk of sound evangelical about using these products, so please do bear in mind these are my circumstances. I'm starting my 4th month, beyond any placebo effect. I use iron 10mg, b12 and the multivitamin sprays. I've kept to an exercise regime, have no trouble driving non stop for three hours plus, study a complex new programming language (Rust) without chucking it in, and have much more interest in general. I don't get unreasonable fatigue at all. I get the normal tiredness from a solid day's working and life. And when I get low moods now, they're brief, shallow and nothing to write home about. In other words, what I believe to be normal. October 2022: Its been a few weeks and I'm nearly at the end of the first bottle. After the energy rise of the first night, this has been consistent. When I excerise, I can keep going and I have far less fatigue. I dream most nights and remember some - I notice this because for the prior year or two I rarely did. Concentrating hard on work stuff when required is easier and I had energy for multiple non stop three hour plus drives over the weeks. I've taken up the multivitamin as well as I understand b12 maybe low on my blood thinner. My cautions remain here: I've not been diagnosed to have low iron or b12 - it's a guess based on how I've felt for months, combined with being on rivaroxaban and having a decent diet and no alcohol. In addition, I suspect my feeling the difference is mainly because I was lowish on iron etc. Someone who isn't deficient is unlikely to report any particular feelings at all :) -----original review---- I've tried supplements off and on for years. I've got it narrowed down to just low dose vitamin D, cheap basic B vitamins and now this. I can't cancel out possible placebo affect for mood - so I will update this review as required. I'm on rivaroxaban and have been getting a red sore undertongue for weeks along with dry mouth. Minor difficulties with concentration, mood and energy. This morning for the first time in weeks the red lines under my tongue have gone and the minor soreness has disappeared. Its very slightly dry still. My mood two hours using this improved and I had a lot more mental energy for work and chat. I sprayed it as recommended but kept it there for ages to try and get the most out of it. Note of caution: whilst I'm used to trying supplements and looking for change, I can't eliminate placebo effect. I am however having a blood test this week and will be checking in with a professional. If this review doesn't change in the next few weeks, it will be because the positive affects have been solid and fairly certainly due to using this. The 5mg was a deliberate choice as there may be some minor risk in using a higher dose with a blood thinner. I use it at the other end of the day from my blood thinner too! Also, minor enthusiasm for doing things like this review has come with the increase in mental energy! Edit: Seen the nurse, waiting for results. My mental energy, mood, everything has remained far far better. The nurse has said she would expect this reaction if the blood thinner had reduced my iron levels long term. I doubt placebo effect would encompass every waking minute of the last few days, so my vote is this is a solid product.

Great way to take iron if you can't take pills

Item arrived late, but once it did, I’ve enjoyed using it. It has a sweet berry flavor, which makes it a pleasant experience, taking your iron supplements, especially since the pills usually don’t taste so great. I got this alternative to help raise my ferritin as quickly as possible. After finding out it was only 11 back in August. Using this in conjunction with my iron supplement pills, I’ve raised it to 91. I am feeling a lot better now. It says they expire six months after opening so I did write the date I first started using the item on the actual bottle since that is a lot earlier than the expiration date given.

Per chi, come me, non riesce a digerire il ferro in capsule, questa soluzione è ottima. Non passando per lo stomaco, il ferro risulta facile da prendere. Il gusto di mela è persino gradevole. Ottimo prodotto.

I bought 3, all of them with Best Before 04-2024. So they suppose not to be for sale, too old. And Best Before sticker was covered with a label, not to be seen. The one which I opened/ the spray doesn’t work, too old

Ho acquistato questo prodotto, perché avendo letto le recensioni sembrava aver un gusto gradevole, il gusto è come quello delle pastiglie di ferro, sa di ferro. Speravo in un miracolo, che ci fosse del ferro con gusto gradevole. Invece no!

I liked how I ordered this and received it two days later - outstanding service. My doctor told me to change my iron supplement from pills to this aerosol spray because that makes it so much more "bio-available" for my bloodstream to absorb. Used it for three days now and I feel so much better -- more energy, more alertness. Highly recommended!
