I bought this to help ease itching on my head that at the time was unexplained. I know that generally this is for migraines and I think it would be very helpful for that purpose. It is soft and cold what doesn't hold cold forever and doesn't freeze completely like ice. It's like there's gel in it that gets very cold. I think it would definitely help with sleep and comfort when having sensitivity to light.

I have migraines multiple times a week and this is my go to besides my Emergency medication. It doesn’t get rid of the migraine, but it definitely decreases the pain and severity. It’s very effective. The pressure helps so much, especially with the cooling effect. The only thing that I would complain about is the seams on the side. If you’re going to sleep in it, it will hurt your ears after a while. Especially if you have sensitive ears like me. Other than that, it’s a good durable migraine hat.

This thing is no joke when it comes to cooling. Don’t put it in the freezer then try to use it unless you want frost bite. Good fit, works well. Only knock is I wish it stayed cold longer.

Use it often for migraines and also works well for black out sleep.

Gotta have if you have migraines! I have three. Keep them in the freezer. I rotate them. I put one on but wait to pull down over my eyes until they warm up a little. When the coldness goes away my husband brings me another one. I even sleep with one on all night, keeps it nice and dark. I just wipe them down before putting back in the freezer for next use. .

Dès les lendemain de la réception j'ai pu le tester car j'ai eu une grosse migraine. Je l'avais préalablement placé dans mon frigidaire. Il me semblait trop grand mais j'ai senti qd même la compression,légère pas désagréable et surtout soulageante . Au bout d'une heure avec allongée la migraine avait disparue alors que d'habitude sans il me faut presque toutes la journée ce qui m'handicape beaucoup.

Perfekt für Migräne!! Ich lege sie immer ins Eisfach, wenn ich merke da kommt was und dann ist die Maske auch sehr schnell durchgekühlt. Kann ich nur empfehlen für Migräne
