Overall rating is more concern about the future of the breaker
there has been a very high failure rate for these breakers in our subdivision. I have replaced two of them myself and the local electrician has been very busy. we are talking about replacing two to three year old breakers. quality control at manufacture was apparently terrible.I hope that Cutler Hammer has solved their issues.

Returned - missing parts
this is the right part and a quality part. However it appears to be a repackaged return. The set screw is missing so I returned the item. I wanted to replace the item. However Amazon would not give me that option. So I had to take a refund and pay more for the part on a reorder. That's how it goes sometimes.

Replacif existing gfci outlets all over the house with one panel based device.
I got the idea for using these from a handyman type article last year, and it was a good thing. This product provides me an simple solution to the problems of GFCI outlets tripping while adding the modern feature of arc protection, which means the lamp cord type frays or dog chews causing a short and then creating a fire or injury. I did the simple math, for a circuit a GFCI/ARC of these means that no gfci outlets are necessary. My house being 18 years old it's time to replace most of my gfcis. And it meets the modern building codes requirement of gfcis in additional rooms and ARC protection on each circuit. I also have found the hunt for which GFCI outlet tripped in the house is over, as if there is s trip it happens and can be fixed right at the main panel. Since I have home watch people having a central area to check all power circuits is a good choice. They snapped right in the panel replacing the 18 year old CH breakers. I have replaced seven principal circuits (kitchen, bathrooms, exterior circuit, workshop etc, with these and will be continuing until I reach all circuits.

Great price for AFCI & GFCI Circuit Breaker
Great value for AFCI & GFCI in one breaker.** This is for the old type CH Cutler Hammer panels with the brown handles** This is a standard "width" single pole breaker. They are a bit "longer" than standard breakers but fit well in the panel.** This is not a "plug on neutral" breaker. Hot and Neutral attach via screw terminals.**This will not perform well if you use it on half of a shared neutral system ...where two circuits are fed with a single three wire cable (Red/Black/White)...usually you can see the red and black connected to adjacent circuit breakers.A double pole AFCI alone costs > $100 ...and that's not an AFCI & GFCI in one breaker.

Great Product, saves time
After my first order I took another shot at buying this product ( after a few emails the company that sold me the first order refunded me the purchase price).I have not had a single problem since that order. These breakers are a time saver and are easy to replace. I know that people talk about nuisance tripping but I haven't had any. I have a pump on one of these breakers that runs most of the time, and I have had zero issues with it.Previous review:One of the breakers is what it says it is (though I have not tested it yet). The other breaker though that came was in opened packaging declaring it to be a straight GFCI. From inspection without pull it from the packaging, it doesn't appear to even be a GFCI breaker.
