Everything about it has exceeded my expectations.- Easy to pump out.- A nourishing, creamy plush lather that is easy to rinse out. All I ever need is one application on my wet hair for clean hair and scalp.- Never irritating on my sensitive scalp.- My hair is stronger with less breakage and fallout since I began using this shampoo as my ongoing regular shampoo.- Fragrance: This shampoo is not fragrance free. It has a fragrance that, to me, smells like an apricot-floral blend. The fragrance dissipates on your dry hair, and will not clash with any fragrances such as perfume you may be wearing.This 4-pack is a terrific value, too. I highly recommend this product.

Like many here, I was influenced to buy this shampoo by Abbey Yung and well, our girl did not tell a lie. This shampoo is phenomenal. My hair has never felt softer, more moisturized or looked shinier. The smell is insane. If they made a perfume with this scent, I'd be first in line to buy it. But if you're sensitive to scent, don't let this deter you because it's a very neutral clean scent. The texture of the shampoo feels very luxurious, like a high-end shampoo. I bought this a couple months ago and am about halfway done with the bottle so the value is amazing. I look forward to a long relationship with this shampoo (and the conditioner too!)

I made the mistake of trying new shampoo that made my hair so dull and straw-like. I did a Reddit deep dive to find some suggestions on a "drug store" shampoo that would be comparable to salon-quality at a fraction of the price. This specific shampoo/conditioner was recommended quite frequently, so I decided to give it a try.Very, very glad I did, it has saved my hair! My hair feels hydrated, soft, it's shiny and smooth. My ends look healthy and feel soft when they were dry and crispy before. The pump bottles make this an even better product, as I have grip issues and holding a wet soapy bottle in the shower is not ideal. It's a large bottle, too, so even though I have thick, long hair, I feel like I'll still get a good amount of use out of the shampoo.I use this with the same conditioner and can't recommend it enough. It leaves a nice scent and has improved the quality of my hair so, so much!

So I do like this shampoo and conditioner, but I cannot stand the smell. I will use it until it’s gone because I already purchased them both in the pump size, but after smelling all the different variations of their shampoo and conditioner, I won’t buy it again because I don’t like how any of them smell. I do like how little you have to use to get a good lather and I don’t feel like the conditioner just coats my hair. I’d say it’s fine and worth the money if you can get past the smell.

Best shampoo ever! Lathers nicely. Smells clean. Feels clean. Easy to pump and a great value from a name you know. Absolutely buy this shampoo.

This shampoo made my hair so much softer! I love how the hydration and smoothness last up to 3 days. It smells great too. Definitely one of my favorites.
