I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2016, and have been taking levothyroxine for it. I watched a Doctor talking about importance of zinc and in my search I discovered this product and read more about the company. Was impressed and trust I made an excellent decision. My husband and I have started. I will update after 90 days. I am looking to improve joints, boost immunity and drop weight. I have learned a 90 day rule, never judge a product results for 90 days. Well it has been over a week now and I can say, less pain in my body. I had a low back injury in July 2019, and pain has been crippling. I can now at least function. Still under chiropractic care, but now my adjustments seem to be holding longer. Can’t wait to kiss this pain bye bye!

I was looking at several products which claimed to support your immune system since I am looking to protect myself and my children from the recent viruses going around. This product contains zinc which is widely recommended as well as selenium which is a trace mineral often lacking in much food nowadays (a recent blitz has claimed that China is one place where selenium deficiency is a problem, and that could be a factor in their illness; personally, I think smoking and air pollution are as well) . I liked this product because it did not contain TOO MUCH selenium which could be a problem if you already have enough selenium in your diet as most Americans probably do. I was looking for something which was at least as good as Airborne or other zinc tablets. The bottle I got has 90 capsules and only one capsule is enough to get a good dose. I am combining this with other flu-fighters such as Vitamin C and D to help build immunity the best we can. I like the fact that it is a capsule rather than pill since I think that should help with absorbency.

I like the fact that you get the Zinc (Bisgylcinate Chelate) along with manganase, boron, chromium, selenium and molybdenum in the mix. I'm no vitamin and suppliment expert but I am super dilligent in researching what will work best for me. This personally fits the bill. As a distance rower I was looking for something that would help boost performance and reduce or eliminate cramping and inflammation, and this supplement has helped with all 3. My times have improved, my fatigue has been reduced, and I no longer experience painful leg cramps towards the end of each workout.
