SMALL HOLE SAW SHELF

I’ve used a lot of different bits for tile and glass over the years. I used two different sizes from the group I purchased On ceramic tile and faux marble 3/4 inches thick. Cut great.

I know they are cheap, inexpensive, and you know they probably won't work as great as the super nice diamond tipped hole saws...but don't be tempted! I made the mistake of purchasing these and it only got about halfway through the tile before breaking. 3 of the 5 broke at the weld on the bottom. I threw away the other two so as to not waste my time. Go purchase the nicer versions that are around 5 times this much and you will have a tool that will last you multiple uses instead of halfway through your cuts. I was amazed I did not expect it to work, but i was completely wrong.

This drill bit set came nicely packaged and arrived on time. It worked great on the tough porcelin tile I worked on. I followed the advice of some other reviewers by using plumbers putty to help keep the drilling area wet and tilting the bit in order to keep it in place. Worked great and the bits did not degrade.

I purchased these drill bits to make some holes in concrete. I was a little skeptical at first based on their price that it would do the job. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try based on its price. The bits arrived and looked smaller than i expected. Not a big deal. I went ahead and started to drill the holes using one of the larger bits. It cut thru the concrete pretty good, it was pleasantly surprised. However as i got toward the end of the hole my drill must have tilted a bit causing the bit to bend and make it unusable for any other holes. When drilling thru hard surfaces like concrete it is very difficult to keep drill from tilting to on direction. If you buy these bit be sure to keep drill straight or run the risk of it bending and making the bit useless. Bottom Line, use with caution, if you have a lot of wholes to drill buy a better bit.

It worked as described no problems at all. Would recommend it anytime and the price was great

I use the drill bits for glass. They seem light, but perform very well. The wide range of sizes opens up a lot of project potential. I plan to use them for stone, since they worked so well with the glass. The overall cost is such that it is worth trying this set for your projects.
