Let's start by saying that us humans spend between 1/4 and 1/3 of our lives asleep, so the quality of those hours spent laying horizontally should be as high as possible. Neck support is quite paramount to avoid waking up with strained muscles, which causes pain in the neck and headaches. Ask me how I know. Enter this pillow. I used it for months, washed it, dried it, and overall, it feels like a helpful addition to my sleep. Hence, this review. I must say, the shape helps in supporting my neck in different positions: sleeping belly up is, of course, the classic test: since it supports right the middle of the neck, it reduces a lot of the tension felt in the head, especially in the spots where the neck muscles connect to the bones. Sleeping on the side (or belly down) is also pretty comfortable, as there is quite a low risk of crushing my own arm thanks to the four side supports, which is a big plus! It is quite compact in size, closer to a "queen" size pillow rather than a "king" size pillow. A touch smaller than what I was expecting, but it works nicely for the size of my head. It is also pretty stable, it doesn't roll around and there is no real risk of it falling off while sleeping. And since it is quite sturdy and semi-firm, it tends to retain its shape without sinking. Overall, a really nice pillow!

My daughter told me about this pillow because I have so many spine issues up and down the entire back and I have problem sleeping. I bought this pillow about a month or so ago and it is absolutely wonderful. I don’t have to push it up under my neck, I don’t have to use my hands to bend it during the night the pillow stays right where I put it and it supports my neck gives. It’s soft heavy, and doesn’t move around. It stays put. I put a pillowcase over it because I don’t like just sleeping straight on it. I’m afraid I’ll get it dirty and I just slipped a pillowcase over it. It was worth the money.

It does help with neck pain while laying on my back but when I lay on my side my ear doesn’t line up with the center hole. I am a short petite woman and it’s a little big for me and I’m a side sleeper. I can use it for brief periods to give my neck rest from looking down at my phone but for side sleeping I can’t use it. It is a nice well constructed pillow it just isn’t compatible for my size

This pillow is amazing! I have tried too many pillows to count but this pillow actually works. No more neck pain, or headache or shoulder discomfort. No more severe arm pain from trying to support my head or face. It supports your neck and head gently and comfortably. The sides support your head so no need for your arms to do that in awkward positions causing pain over time in the night. I sleep better and longer! I am mostly a side sleeper but once in a great while I will sleep on my stomach or back. I was very skeptical at first because of the shape and smaller than regular pillow but gave it a try and it has been over a month now and I love it! My sinuses even are better than before and I assume because my neck and head are positioned correctly. Very comfortable, it only took a couple nights to get used to it being a non traditional pillow but it’s worth the try. Very easy to wash the cover in delicate cycle and a little woolite was my personal choice and it slipped right back on fit perfectly and ready to go. Definitely worth the price!

This pillow is soft very comfortable it helps with my neck pain

I’m pleased with my pillow as compared to traditional pillows. Tried it out the first night; immediately fell asleep until morning. I love the neck support and the removable cover. It is very firm but comfortable. Plus it was on sale. I’m happy. HOWEVER I was flying blind because Amazon and/or the seller would not reveal the country of origin, even though I specifically asked. I do not appreciate that. Of course it was made in China. Now I want the right to know these things and Amazon needs to step up on this. Join me in making sure they tell us all they can.

I have cervical issue so i bought Osteo enjoy pain relief pillow, from 6 months I'm using everyday even though I'm a frequent traveler and I'm carrying pillow every places, I feel it is soft and comfort while side sleeping, but for me in back sleeping i feel the curve height is quite higher for my cervical issue, for back sleeping i think if curve height was 1.5 to 2 inches would be better as currently it is 4 to 4.5 inches which i feel more pressure on my neck, I prefer this pillow for side sleeping, I tried sleeping with other contour pillows i was having numbness, I may like to purchase same pillow if there is less curve height for back sleeping with same side sleeping dimensions
