I bought this item after waking up to a flat battery due to the freezing weather and not starting my car for a couple of weeks. It arrived really quickly (20 hrs after ordering). It came fully charged so all I had to do was read the instructions and get going. Easily connected to the battery of my golf and the car started first time. Yay! The charger was still at 99% after that jump start so impressed with that too. Going to help out a friend with the same problem later today. A call out for roadside assistance would have cost at least £120.00 and I only spent £49 on this charger. Not only a jump starter but can charge all electronics with a usb as well. Going to be very useful for camping. Really great piece of kit. I've only had it for a day so can't say how long the charge will stay in the device but so far so good. Well worth the money. Very happy camper.

Totally flat battery to start instantly x 2 now. Need a new car battery but this is quality for helping out when car hasnt been used for a while

Got this after my battery let me down. Got this on same day delivery and arrived before 10pm as stated as needed car next day. I wasn’t very convinced from its compact size and usb cable that this would start a car. It came with 89% charge and only took around an hour to charge to 100%. Clipped it onto my battery the next morning and my car started straight away in -1’c temperature and only dropped to 99% after. So handy for the price, it can charge usb devices too. I don’t know how long battery last when being stored, will check it every now and then to make sure it’s always topped up

Like most reviewers I have not had the opportunity to test this for real. So I am limited to my impressions of the build quality. It does seem to be solidly made. My guess is that it would work if a car simply had a flat battery. If the car had other starting problems then I am not sure if it would have the capacity for multiple attempts to start the car. Otherwise it is a useful powerbank with USB A and C connections for charging other devices. It also has a torch. Cables are quite short but adequate if you have access to the battery. On a positive note it still shows 100% charge so there is no power loss from storage.

Disappointing that this doesn't come with a storage case. Everything has to remain loose when not required for use.

Jumped my car but took the whole battery of the jump pack now have to recharge before can restart vehicle. By else where not reliable
