Very comfy baby sleeps sound and seems well made

This baby lounger is incredible! It's something I never would have thought to consider purchasing or including on my baby registry, but now I can't imagine life without it and would recommend it to new parents. Although I am home right now, I appreciate that the lounger is very portable and I can move it with me from one location in my home to another, even when my little one is sleeping in it. I can safely place the lounger on the couch, ottoman, or bed without fear of my baby falling out because the bumper cushion surrounding the lounger is firm, sturdy, and can be adjusted by tightening the string to make even more of a nest that snuggles and secures her. The lounger is too big for the bassinet, but as she gets older and transitions into the crib and pack and play, the lounger, which fits inside both, will provide extra comfort and security when she's sleeping and give her that womb-like experience instead of her getting lost in the empty space of the crib's and pack and play's mattresses.When it comes time to travel outside of the home and visit people, the lounger will be essential and easier to travel with than the pack and play, especially while she is still an infant. With the lounger being as portable as it is, it would have been great if it came with a travel bag. It would fit in a trash bag or king-sized pillow case, so there are accessible options to protect it while traveling, but I will be looking into a more permanent protective cover.Regarding cleaning the lounger, there is the exterior cover and then a secondary cover for the foam mattress. Both covers come off easily and they wash well. However, putting the exterior cover back on is time consuming because of the bumper cushion that has to be stuffed back into and around the lounger. The covers are not waterproof, including the one for the foam mattress, which means if the lounger gets soiled, all the covers have to be removed and washed, and the foam mattress also runs the risk of being soiled and it cannot be cleaned in the washing machine without the foam being damaged. While an easy and quick enough solution is to place a waterproof pad underneath my little one or a waterproof crib mattress over the lounger, Macardac's oversight is unfortunate and what would be 5 stars drops to 4 stars. I still love the lounger and would recommend it to new parents, but with some caveats and if I were to purchase this as a gift, I would consider also purchasing a couple of waterproof pads or waterproof crib mattress covers that would be large enough to protect the lounger from blowouts and spit up.

works great for your newborn when you want to have them on the bed with you. allows you to have your newborn safely lay with you so you don't have to worry about them rolling off the bed. the bed itself is just the right amount of firm for a newborn baby. definitely recommend for moms who want to lay with their LO in the bed and have them be safe!

This baby lounger is just as stunning as it looks in the pictures—truly elegant! The mattress is super comfortable, and the supportive border makes it a cozy, safe spot for my 2-month-old. Instruction is included. It’s also super portable and easy to carry from room to room, which is incredibly practical Totally worth the money! Honestly, this would make a fantastic baby shower gift—a total must-have for any new parent!

When I first got this baby lounger, I was hopeful that it would be a great option for when we visit Grandma’s house. While I haven’t put my baby in it yet, I can already tell that the material and overall build are decent. It feels well-stuffed and should do its job just fine in terms of comfort and support.One thing I really like is the print, which looks just as nice in person as it did online. The design also has some versatility, with a snap at the bottom that allows it to expand as the baby grows. At first, I thought this was a clever addition, but the more I looked at it, the more I had concerns.The bottom section can be opened and closed with ties, and these ties are much longer than I would like. My immediate thought was that they could become a hazard if my baby starts kicking and moving more. There is also a clasp, which could potentially pinch tiny feet. None of this has happened yet, but I tend to think about worst-case scenarios, and given this design, those are the risks that stand out to me.Because of that, I wouldn’t personally recommend this lounger. It has some good features, but I would feel more comfortable with a design that has a safer closing method at the bottom. If the ties were shorter or replaced with something more secure, it would be a much better option.
