OK but needs 2 x extra adaptors
The item is great but it will require 2 x additional EU converters. One for 2 pin EU to UK 3 pin and One for UK 3 pin to EU 2 pin. The cost will go up significantly if you need to buy them. Most likely doubling the price.German make so quality you expect from them. I would recommend getting the Brennenstuhl one instead and using a mains splitter to view the display.I gave it 4* because the price will double if you also buy the 2 additional adaptors. It is a shame they don't make a UK version. The advantage is that by using the adaptors you can move the plugs in whichever direction you want so that the display is never obstructed. One thing I don't know is if the wattage might be affected by having the extra plugs. Comparing it with the other German meter, the reading was the same.

A must to test power consumption of devices before going solar
First of all: the plugs are not for UK sockets (plug type G) but continental European SchuKo (Schutzkontakt) sockets (plug type F), the earth connections are on the outer side of the round plug in the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and are connected through on this power meter.I use adaptors from EU to the UK sockets and vice versa due to having electrical appliances from the Continent, using those adaptors I measured the consumption of all devices. The meter can handle up to 16A or 3680W and I checked with other devices the accuracy. This device has also the option to set and store the price per KWh and therefore provide details about the current consumption and spendings, as well as how much the consumed electricity did cost over time since the last memory clear.
