Turmeric Ginger Cinnamon Tea Bags, 40 Ct Caffeine-Free Herbal Tea

I like this Turmeric tea. It tastes good. I was lucky enough to get it on sale, so it was almost as good a deal as my favorite Yogi tea. Now I have another go to brand for turmeric tea, which has helped to relieve the inflammation, and the accompanying pain,in my knee. I'm really happy when a dietary change yields such positive results and keeps me from having to take pills/supplements.

This tea is delicious and also very healthy to consume.

This is a great morning pre workout drink. I don't let it steep very long as the flavor gets too strong. The tea bags are sturdy and don't disintegrate. I really enjoy the taste and know that turmeric helps with inflammation.

The box says cinnamon but the tea bags don’t. I don’t think there is cinnamon in the tea bags.

This tea is to help with joints hurting. Hopefully it will. I have not made it but once. The taste was expected medicine wise. Not a fan but I am hoping with every cup of this tea that my joints will feel much better, so I’m told. I did add lemon and ice but it’s a strong flavor.Since giving my earlier review I have been taking this tea for about a week now and have noticed an improvement in my knees that is helping me to feel much stronger. The taste is a strong flavor that is to be expected but I add honey and ice that helps. I will continue drinking this since I am having improvement in my joints. I do hope this helps others when considering on buying. I most likely will buy this tea again.
