Ne è bastato mezzo cucchiaino per colorare una grossa quantità di glassa (per quantificare, con la glassa ci ho guarnito 24 muffin e ne era ancora avanzata tantissima). Come ho visto consigliato in un blog, la glassa l'ho preparata due giorni prima e poi lasciata a riposo per aumentare l'intensità del colore. Infatti appena fatta sembra un grigio estremamente scuro, ma dopo una notte era già totalmente nera!
