Worlds best 6 dollar knife!
This is not a down side for me but, the tension ring is a little smaller than it is on most knifes (I have a average size hand, if you have huge hands like your over 6 foot, it may not fit your index finger.)It’s sharp, good weight to it, and the grip is so much better than those knives that are all metal and light weight. It feels way too nice for a knife I payed under 9 bucks. I love it. I have probably 30 plus knives and this one has to be my favorite.

pretty good for the price.
I was going to give it 3 stars due to the lower quality but remembered it was only $5 cant complain at this price.if you need one for actual use, probably find one a bit more expensive.

Nope.
I cannot recommend this knife. It is well-made and came sharp, but the design is dangerous. The danger is in the gut hook. It is positioned poorly IMHO; I like the hook further away from the handle so as to get more leverage and not have my hand down in the viscera. With this model your had will be in the way and the knife is going to get gooped up. More critically, the gut hook is external and close to the handle, so you have a sharp thing right near where your hand will be when handling the knife or when using the regular blade. I don't want to think about what it might do in a pocket. Fortunately, my knife came with the gut hook dull and I'll probably file it flat. A shame to have this design flaw in an otherwise nice knife.

Great Blade Double Check Safety Features.
A Sharpe blade with two ways of cutting. One is a major blade and hook blade on the reverse side. This is a okay blade for one reason only. The safety mechanism is flawed. The blade locks into place but not securely each time. This flaw on my product is a safety issue and cutting yourself is a possibility. This may not be an issue for training excercises or non-pressured situations. This is a blade you MUST double check before using. Good day.

Good “budget” knife - just needs a little TLC
The media could not be loaded. When I got the knife, the blade would rub against the frame but after some thread locker and a little TLC, it’s fine (the liner lock aligns perfectly). I think it’s good enough for light use and I honestly like the way it fits my hand.Updated: I bought a second one &

Buyer beware
Handle was loose when I received it. No big deal, I'll tighten it. Then I noticed the blade wouldn't lock. So I thought I'd tinker with it. Luckily I had the smallest torx bit known to man. It still wouldn't lock.No big deal, I'll just return it and request another one. Well, I have to return it to ups store (45 minutes away),instead of Amazon drop off... Not happy, and not worth it. Too bad, cuz it's a nice knife
