The height is very uncomfortable. They are too low you got to position your arms in an umcortable upwards way to eat or just to sit at the kitchen counter.Seat color is NOT Dark Brown. It is Black.Seat itself is very hard to sit on.Assembly was not easy as holes don't fit exactly. You need to force a couple of legs to be able to align the round piece holes with the holes on all four legs.

I bought these to replace the same two stools we bought some years ago, and whose false leather covering had deteriorated. I was disappointed to find that these ones do not rotate 360 degrees. You can rotate them 90 degrees, but then they spring back to the original orientation.

Very easy to assemble after reading the instructions. Comfortable to sit on them (I and several guests did for an hour). Very sturdy, but I did replace the plastic caps on the bottom feet with better quality ones that would not ever scratch the floors.

These stools look expensive. The legs are thick and the cushion is wide . I love the rivets. They are actual rivets! They do have a floral pattern etched on the rivets that you cannot see on the online pics but It just adds more character to the stools. I love it!!This was my 3rd try ordering stools from Amazon. The 1st brand Mintra, was back ordered. I then ordered the Boraam Cathedral back stools. I returned the Boraam stools because there were not actual rivets on the cushion but a plastic trim that suppose to look like rivets. The rivets were the color of taupe too ( like a mushroom). You can tell it was plastic! The Boraam stools looked horrible!These Coaster stools are amazing and you get 2 for this price. If your thinking about buying them, you won't be disappointed. A fantastic buy!

I have had many complements on the stools, they are heavy, and seem sturdy. Only thing that is a bit strange is that the seat only turns so far and you will hear a click and they stop turning. I put them together myself, I'm a 65 year old female, not hard, but I did seem to get a bit confused with the washers and the instructions. I had a gentleman look at the instructions and he was also confused , we just guessed how it was to go together and it worked out. The stools are a great value, very nice looking.

Super nice looking, super fast shipping, super deal of a price. The stools have stood up very well and look even better than the pictures.The setup was quite easy, tips for a newbie to setup. Do not tighten any bolts until you have all installed, then make sure you have the stool on a hard and level surface, push down on the seat to level it out, then tighten the screws to keep it level. The stools will then remain level. Also, do not glue the screw insert covers in place for several weeks in case you need to make any adjustments.

I really like the stools. There was a glitch when assembling. One of the stools did not have holes drilled in one location for the leg to attach. This was fixable but you would need a drill and the skill to get the holes in the right place. Other than that the assembly was easy and the stools look great.

Cheap China Product. Not sturdy at all.The top cushion is nailed to the swivel circular base and comes together as a single piece. It came apart in less than a month of usage. There is no way to nail it back together. Poor workmanship and design! My daughter almost fell on her face off the defective stool.Came with no warranty or product information except the leaflet of instructions.We have contacted the seller for a refund or a full replacement. If one of them is defective, it is certain that the other one will break soon.Looks like the seller can only replace the stools.We will just have to be careful using the swivel mechanism or lifting the stool by the top portion.The wooden plugs to cover the screws don't fit at all. Why bother providing them?The two stars is for the deceptive looks.
