This is a great natural bamboo closet organization unit that’s affordably priced with a clean design. We needed plenty of space to hang garments which this provided along with additional shelf storage. The unit was very easy to install with 2 people. It can definitely be done with just 1 person but definitely faster and smoother with an additional hand. The unit is sturdy once fully put together and much more so once you have all your clothes on it. Highly recommend.We did have one minor mishap upon delivery. One of the shelves was cracked in the package. I contacted support via email and they were very prompt to reply. I worked with Jane through the entire process and she was excellent and communicated every step of the free replacement process. She even followed up after delivery to make sure we got the new shelf and all was well. Thanks, Jane for your kindness and overall great customer experience.

Very sturdy and able to hold a lot of items. So happy I got this closet system. Very easy to put together. I put together mine by myself although it does recommend for 2 people to put it together. Only difficulty doing it alone was holding the horizontal pieces level while trying to screw it into the other pieces (I’m 5ft so I also needed a stool for some steps so I could reach the screws higher up).

I was very impressed with the quality of materials and has excellent instructions, not something I take for granted. The distance between the hanging rods and the rod or shelf below is too short, except for the middle rod. Perfectly okay for pants folded over a hanger. Because we live in a 97 year old house, I had to saw the tops off one end to fit against a wall with a sloping roof line, but didn't affect functionality. I would recommend this to friends.

Moved to an apartment without a closet in my room I had a regular clothing rack and it was so ugly plus there wasn’t enough storage. This clothing rack is extremely sturdy-Looks great and holds all my clothes.

This fits perfectly in a guest room closet. Solid, easy to assemble and all the parts were accounted for. The white looks great and I love not having to drill holes in the wall for shelving.

First, I really like this clothing rack. However, there were missing parts. I contacted Amazon as there is no way to contact the company. Amazon had no option to replace missing parts, and could only replace the entire rack (which would mean taking it apart, boxing it up.... a really big deal). It is a shame because the racks are nice, but for the missing parts.
