Until this product, I've always had some leakage. I've had this through two winters (well, about 2 months to go) and it seals perfectly. It's a little snug to install, but I use Magic Lube or similar product which helps with installation as well as sealing. Much easier than removing skimmer face plate screws as was needed for prior versions that I used, which were never 100% effective, as this one is. Would absolutely buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Almost seals, but it doesn't *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2022* It fits perfectly in to my skimmer, feels like a decent quality product but it doesn't fully seal. There is water getting past it. It should keep the ice from pushing in to the skimmer this winter but the water level will drain down to the bottom of the skimmer opening over time. It doesn't leak much, but it is not a water tight seal by any means.
