The bands and case are good quality but there are no instructions on how to use these
I really like these Rising Warrior resistance bands for your toes, but they're sorely lacking in instructions! You get three bands labeled "light," "medium" and "heavy" with a nice cloth bag with a drawstring to store them in. I like all of that. The bands definitely feel like they're good quality and will last a long time. However, there are no instructions! If you're using these to stretch muscles in your feet, it seems easy enough to slide the bands over your big toes and spread your feet apart--you'll feel it pulling. But if you want to strenghthen your toes, I think a different action needs to occur. What I've been doing (and I'm only guessing) is keeping one foot on the ground (that is sitting upright with the heel of one foot resting on our ottoman to act as an anchor) and then I focus on the big toe of the other foot moving the band. It takes practice and isn't easy but I can do it. Overall, I'm happy to have these bands and I think they work. I just wish they came with some instructions with a diagram on how to use them. Or even a small card with a QR code!

Great for dancers and athletes too!
This is a great exercise for your toes. Helps stretch out your toes if you are a dancer. Important for runners as well. Love that they’re small enough for my toes and yet there is progressive bands for me to grow into. As you get stronger you graduate in bands and that makes you feel like you achieve something.

Excellent stretcher bands! Highly recommended.
As far as the design of the product, it is a well-designed stretcher. The craftsmanship is great. Very pleased overall. Please note that these should only be used if recommended by a physician or orthopedic specialist. Using them the wrong way could result in an injury. Very pleased overall. Highly recommended.

I feel the stretch
While these bands are visibly shorter than workout resistance bands, they are still longer than I expected. I started with the "heavy", wishing there was an option with more resistance; however, I do feel the stretch from the "medium" band, too. Simply sitting in bed or on the sofa, with feet elevated, and a band between my big toes, feet positioned far enough apart to feel the stretch, I feel that "hurts-so-good" pull at the base of my big toes. I question if these bands will relieve or alleviate pain, maintain my flexibility, enhance my foot strength, improve my balance, or improve my walking and running -- or straighten my visibly angled-inward big toes; however, the stretch feels nice -- just as stretching one's body feels (whether back, legs, etc.). In addition, I came across a couple of leg exercises in which these shorter bands can be applied.

exactly what you would expect from 3 giant rubber bands
This is a review for the Rising Warrior Toe Loop Bands So far i have only used the black HEAVY band I use it to hold a massager around my leg I did the toe thing, but not sure how long or what else to do lol will be trying the others and experimenting more all 3 of them come in a vinyl bag with drawstring each one is clearly printed light, medium, heavy and color coded for easy identification thanks Rising Warrior

Great for strengthening your toes
Super compact, super easy and portable for travel. Great bag to contain all three bands, but really you're probably only using one at a time. Easy to use, simple to figure out. Effective for stretching -- which I always appreciate. Love that it's not another space-hog, non-foldable, non-compactable device. Easy to clean and quick to dry. What I don't love: there was no instruction card or manual. I'd really appreciate maybe some tips or exercises printed onto the bag (?) I mean, I can figure them out and I've used bands before, but it would be very handy to have some additional tips to go with these bands. Overall they're great, just need a slight tweak to be exceptional.
