Awesome taste
Best tasting pre workout I've ever used. I've been using pre workout for 25 years. This is the best tasting I've used. My favorite is the grape Kool-Aid. As far as the supplements it contains, I think it's like all the rest of the name brands. It does exactly what it claims for me and taste great. No need for me to go back to anything else right now.

Pump and focus are basically on par with total war, if not better, and energy boost is much better. Tastes just like grape Kool aid, gives me stomach problems sometimes though
