I cannot feel any effect positive or negative. At least with this supplement I don't get bad stomach problem. I have moderate COPD and I have problem with one leg due to surgery after a fracture. Because of that I feel very weak, no strength, no appetite. It does not mitigate any of them, nor give any improvement to my male functions. I spite of all that, I am giving it another chance.
